Denmark became a member of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance in 2004, which was established in 1998 and now consists of 31 member countries. Th
e Danish delegation to IHRA consists at present of representatives from DIIS, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Danish Jewish Museum and Humanity in Action, Denmark. By agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Danish delegation to IHRA is headed by DIIS, who is responsible for coordinating the activities of the delegation and also represents Denmark in the plenary meetings. Senior Researcher Cecilie Felicia Stokholm Banke is head of the Danish delegation to IHRA.
